Since a young age, he has been captivated by the synergy of technology, art, and architecture. Proficient in VR development and passionate about AI programming, his skills complement his role which involves tasks such as Conceptual Design Development, 3D Laser scanning, and project coordination. Lee Burdett Lee loves teamwork and cutting edge technology. At YSM Design, he contributes on technical drawings and design. A versed graphic designer and architect, Lee says “we have only the latest and greatest hardware and software” at YSM Design. His overall computer knowledge is a plus for speed and efficiency on design projects. Trained in lighting design, his knowledge of interior and exterior lighting allows Lee to envision and present the exact impact lighting has on finished product. Francis Egipciaco Francis Egipciaco is a Design Professional whose fascination with technology and creating makes him the perfect addition to the YSM team. When Francis learned that his interests intersected in the field of Architecture, he never looked back. He attended the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, School of Architecture, where he earned a degree in Architecture with a minor in Architectural Representation. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Lumion and Photoshop. Before his time at YSM Design, he worked as an assistant at a fabrication lab at the Catholic University of Puerto Rico, in addition to interning at an architectural firm. Francis is a firm believer that architecture will further evolve with the use of technology. He desires to use his knowledge of architecture and technology to develop new tools that will assist with efficiency of architects and the advancement of architecture on a global scale. Peter Newfield At YSM Peter brings 30 years of design experience, including two decades in automotive retail design. He delivers high design and good quality at reasonable cost.
