Andre Conrado Originally from Guatemala, Andre pursued his education at Florida International University, earning a Master of Architecture with a specialization in Emerging Technologies and AI. Since a young age, he has been captivated by the synergy of technology, art, and architecture. Proficient in VR development and passionate about AI programming, his skills complement his role which involves tasks such as Conceptual Design Development, 3D Laser scanning, and project coordination. Before his time at YSM, he gained valuable experience in Miami's high-end luxury interior design sector. Candy Dankenbrink As Office Manager, Candy Dankenbrink uses her knack for finding errors and resolving them quickly and efficiently to manage YSM’s accounting and staff. Raised in Georgia, by way of Florida, Candy earned a Master of Business Administration with an Accounting focus early in her career. She uses her learned knowledge and management skills to assist with client relations and inter-office relations. She is one of the pillars of YSM’s daily operations. Office Manager

Brandice Simone Bell Currently serving as a Project Manager at YSM, Brandice brings a wealth of experience and a passion for architectural design to her role. Her interest in architecture was ignited during high school, where she discovered her love for design and an innate ability to piece things together. She possesses a keen sense of spatial relationships and takes pride in meticulous detailing. Her background includes commercial, retail and residential architecture, with a focus on multi-family and four years dedicated to designing Senior Living facilities. She also has considerable experience in K-12 design. Her future aspirations include a continued commitment to designing architectural spaces that broadens her knowledge and enhances her understanding of the intricacies of building construction. Tysha King Native to Atlanta, Georgia, Tysha King is experienced in systematization and task-management. She works diligently to assist with the daily operations of the YSM office, including assisting all architects and designers with their projects to ensure client satisfaction. Tysha is skilled in organizing, planning, and creating. Driven by her passion and pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Tysha uses her skill set and knowledge to actively manage YSM Design’s social media accounts, company events, and engagement activities for the YSM office. Francis Egipciaco Francis Egipciaco is a Design Professional whose fascination with technology and creating makes him the perfect addition to the YSM team. When Francis learned that his interests intersected in the field of Architecture, he never looked back. He attended the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, School of Architecture, where he earned a degree in Architecture with a minor in Architectural Representation. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Lumion and Photoshop. Before his time at YSM Design, he worked as an assistant at a fabrication lab at the Catholic University of Puerto Rico, in addition to interning at an architectural firm. Francis is a firm believer that architecture will further evolve with the use of technology. He desires to use his knowledge of architecture and technology to develop new tools that will assist with efficiency of architects and the advancement of architecture on a global scale. Lee Burdett Lee loves teamwork and cutting edge technology. At YSM Design, he contributes on technical drawings and design. A versed graphic designer and architect, Lee says “we have only the latest and greatest hardware and software” at YSM Design. His overall computer knowledge is a plus for speed and efficiency on design projects. Trained in lighting design, his knowledge of interior and exterior lighting allows Lee to envision and present the exact impact lighting has on finished product. He works with a great team of designers and construction experts and believes “all at YSM Design work towards the common goal of excellent design and getting things done.” Technology Specialist

Farah Cruz As a Project Captain at YSM, Farah brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. Hailing from the Philippines, her career interests gravitated towards the field of engineering at a young age. Now, this passion seamlessly translates into her current profession. In her role at YSM, Farah’s expertise extends to Construction Administration and Construction Documentation with proficiency in design programs and hand sketching. Her journey in the architectural realm is marked by a commitment to excellence and a continuous pursuit of growth. Project Captain

Ashley Lin Ashley is a driven and accomplished Junior Project Manager at YSM, bringing a unique blend of talent and experience to the field of architecture. Her versatility in the field extends to designing residences and pharmaceutical manufacturing clean rooms, reflecting both creativity and technical precision. Day to day, she manages multiple projects, guiding them seamlessly through critical phases of development. With strong proficiency in building modeling software, Ashley continually sharpens her space planning abilities, delivering thoughtful and efficient design solutions. Junior Project Manager

Ed Buitrago Senior Project Manager

Enrique Sanchez With experience in conceptual design he knows the topology of a dealership is a hybrid: an office environment mixed with a retail environment that is also a shop. At YSM Design he combines traditional sketching skills and with computer graphics to create 3D models. It is an efficient and accurate way for clients to see a design concept, allowing them to look at projects from different perspectives and easily make the design fit their needs. Along with his YSM Design team, Enrique processes information to create construction documents for submission. He ensures that codes and standards are met. Originally from Mexico, Enrique’s passion for design and architecture was born from admiring skyscrapers. He believes there is a relationship between art and architecture and it is a designer’s job to combine the two to create real structures. Project Manager
