Ed Buitrago Ed’s approach to architecture is guided by a lifelong curiosity about how things are built and a deep appreciation for the way thoughtful design shapes everyday life. A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, he brings decades of experience across residential, ADU, commercial, and automotive facilities. He leads projects from concept through construction, overseeing design development, producing detailed construction documentation in Revit and AutoCAD, and coordinating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. David Bucciero David’s curiosity for digital art, math, and processing shaped him into the inquisitive designer he is today. At YSM, David collaborates with other team members to produce construction documents and craft visual presentations. A graduate of Georgia Tech, he exhibits a passion for engaging with all aspects of the built environment and converging them into user-driven spaces. He is committed to continuous growth and aims to evolve into a well-rounded and visionary design professional adept in AI rendering, BIM automation and code analysis. Project Captain

SURVEYS, PLANS, & 360 TOURS In addition to traditional architectural services, we can help you create 3D virtual tours and accurate existing conditions plans for any type of space, allowing you to seamlessly navigate every step of the digital property cycle, from construction and facilities management to compliance, cataloging, marketing, and sales. Our laser scanning technology has many valuable uses, including: - Providing virtual walkthrough tours (including 3D tags) - Cataloging spaces and materials - Providing accurate existing conditions plans for renovations and more - Publish buildings and spaces to Google street view View AVA Surveying

MULTI PROJECT ROLL OUTS Architecture is the language we use to tell the stories of our client’s brands, to evoke emotion, engage, and inspire. We understand the many complexities of prototype and roll out architecture and are experienced in navigating this unique project type. From concept design through construction, our studio is comprehensive and collaborative, with an emphasis on open client communication. We remain focused on brand consistency, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. While we are large enough to manage the rollout of 100s of stores, we maintain a boutique mindset. With long-standing brand implementation and corporate architect relationships with numerous brands and retail groups, we are proud to have executed nationwide rollouts for clients such as BMW, Jeep, and Philipp Plein.
