Enrique Sanchez With experience in conceptual design he knows the topology of a dealership is a hybrid: an office environment mixed with a retail environment that is also a shop. At YSM Design he combines traditional sketching skills and with computer graphics to create 3D models. It is an efficient and accurate way for clients to see a design concept, allowing them to look at projects from different perspectives and easily make the design fit their needs. Along with his YSM Design team, Enrique processes information to create construction documents for submission. He ensures that codes and standards are met. Originally from Mexico, Enrique’s passion for design and architecture was born from admiring skyscrapers. Jonathan Gibbs The product standards and drawing leader at YSM Design, Jonathan is nothing short of “a closer.” He has spent 15 years in the business. Give him a set of drawings and he will get the building built. More important, Jonathan saves YSM Design clients time and money by solving problems before they arise. He spent four years in the field working for contractors and is now, not only well-versed in construction and construction documents, but is also a master of conceptual design. Candy Dankenbrink As Office Manager, Candy Dankenbrink uses her knack for finding errors and resolving them quickly and efficiently to manage YSM’s accounting and staff. Raised in Georgia, by way of Florida, Candy earned a Master of Business Administration with an Accounting focus early in her career. She uses her learned knowledge and management skills to assist with client relations and inter-office relations. She is one of the pillars of YSM’s daily operations. Office Manager
