Lyle Hutson An accomplished designer and manager, Lyle says the “highest honor I can have is being an architect.” For 25 years he has been just that in southern California. He manages the YSM Design west coast office, where he is heavily involved and proud of his abilities in client relationship. From concept to completion Lyle makes sure the needs of YSM clients are met, no matter where the project. He has done design work for The CAR Group, The Boulevard Automotive Group, and Motor City Auto Center. Additionally, he has done retail design for a couple of dozen Boot Barns. Aware that design is a service-oriented business, Lyle always accommodates the needs of YSM Design clients. It shows in his work and in the end product for the clients of YSM Design. Francis Egipciaco Francis Egipciaco is a Design Professional whose fascination with technology and creating makes him the perfect addition to the YSM team. When Francis learned that his interests intersected in the field of Architecture, he never looked back. He attended the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, School of Architecture, where he earned a degree in Architecture with a minor in Architectural Representation. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Lumion and Photoshop. Before his time at YSM Design, he worked as an assistant at a fabrication lab at the Catholic University of Puerto Rico, in addition to interning at an architectural firm. Francis is a firm believer that architecture will further evolve with the use of technology. He desires to use his knowledge of architecture and technology to develop new tools that will assist with efficiency of architects and the advancement of architecture on a global scale. Brian Stumph Clients and dealers have to operate out of what is designed for them. Brian gets that! He has a “blue collar” background and a decade of experience in design and construction. At YSM Design, he specializes in automotive field design work. He is an excellent problem solver for unique building conditions and a master in design work for factory compliance. Satisfying factory requirements and dealers’ square footage needs is Brian’s forte. He “figures how to put a 10,000 square foot building footprint into a 3,000 square foot building.” In addition, he is capable of using specified materials to create the desired structure. As he likes to say, “Materials may break. My designs don’t.” With seven years of experience putting dealerships in urban environments, Brian not only has real working knowledge but also understands that dealerships are “organic in nature.” Nevertheless, he enjoys talking to clients since he understands great design is a product of great communication. He is based on the west coast but travels the country for YSM Design. Among his clients are Kia, Mazda, BMW and MINI. Brian has also taught an architecture studio and wrote the national image program for Autohaus. Project Manager

Tysha King Native to Atlanta, Georgia, Tysha King is experienced in systematization and task-management. She works diligently to assist with the daily operations of the YSM office, including assisting all architects and designers with their projects to ensure client satisfaction. Tysha is skilled in organizing, planning, and creating. Driven by her passion and pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Tysha uses her skill set and knowledge to actively manage YSM Design’s social media accounts, company events, and engagement activities for the YSM office.
