Brandice Simone Bell Currently serving as a Project Manager at YSM, Brandice brings a wealth of experience and a passion for architectural design to her role. Her interest in architecture was ignited during high school, where she discovered her love for design and an innate ability to piece things together. She possesses a keen sense of spatial relationships and takes pride in meticulous detailing. Her background includes commercial, retail and residential architecture, with a focus on multi-family and four years dedicated to designing Senior Living facilities. She also has considerable experience in K-12 design.
