Ashley Lin Ashley Lin

Karl Poland Hailing from California, Marine Corps veteran Karl Poland exhibits great leadership as Project Manager of YSM’s Laguna Beach office. After earning his degree in Industrial Management in California University of PA, Karl went on to work in Engineering and Design Management for companies such as DMJM, KB Homes, and Ware Malcomb. His year of experience working in these fields has made him proficient at drafting structural, architectural, and electrical plans in programs like AutoCAD and Revit. Karl aspires to soon open a YSM Design office in Texas to help further expand the YSM vision and brand. Project Captain

Lee Burdett Lee loves teamwork and cutting edge technology. At YSM Design, he contributes on technical drawings and design. A versed graphic designer and architect, Lee says “we have only the latest and greatest hardware and software” at YSM Design. His overall computer knowledge is a plus for speed and efficiency on design projects. Trained in lighting design, his knowledge of interior and exterior lighting allows Lee to envision and present the exact impact lighting has on finished product. He works with a great team of designers and construction experts and believes “all at YSM Design work towards the common goal of excellent design and getting things done.” Technology Specialist

Andre Conrado Originally from Guatemala, Andre pursued his education at Florida International University, earning a Master of Architecture with a specialization in Emerging Technologies and AI. Since a young age, he has been captivated by the synergy of technology, art, and architecture. Proficient in VR development and passionate about AI programming, his skills complement his role which involves tasks such as Conceptual Design Development, 3D Laser scanning, and project coordination. Before his time at YSM, he gained valuable experience in Miami's high-end luxury interior design sector. Looking ahead, he aspires to drive significant advancements in architecture and art, in the hopes of leaving a lasting inspirational legacy for future designers. Junior Project Manager

Brian Stumph Clients and dealers have to operate out of what is designed for them. Brian gets that! He has a “blue collar” background and a decade of experience in design and construction. At YSM Design, he specializes in automotive field design work. He is an excellent problem solver for unique building conditions and a master in design work for factory compliance. Satisfying factory requirements and dealers’ square footage needs is Brian’s forte. He “figures how to put a 10,000 square foot building footprint into a 3,000 square foot building.” In addition, he is capable of using specified materials to create the desired structure. As he likes to say, “Materials may break. My designs don’t.” With seven years of experience putting dealerships in urban environments, Brian not only has real working knowledge but also understands that dealerships are “organic in nature.” Nevertheless, he enjoys talking to clients since he understands great design is a product of great communication. He is based on the west coast but travels the country for YSM Design. Among his clients are Kia, Mazda, BMW and MINI. Brian has also taught an architecture studio and wrote the national image program for Autohaus. Project Manager

Bhoomika Taneja Bhoomika’s curiosity and lifelong commitment to learning have been evident since her childhood, shaping her into the inquisitive designer she is today. After earning her Bachelor of Architecture, her academic journey led her to the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned a Master’s degree in Experimental Techniques in Architecture. At YSM, Bhoomika is responsible for creating concept designs, producing construction documents, and crafting visual presentations through close collaboration with other team members. Through her work, she exhibits a passion for engaging with the interscalar aspects of the built environment, converging them into user-driven spaces. She is committed to continuous growth and aims to evolve into a well-rounded and visionary design professional. Design Professional II

LeAnn Mason A good listener, LeAnn pays total attention to design and construction detail. She makes sure client’s needs are translated into design. Her skills include task completion and quality control. LeAnn has a strong set of eyes for accurate floor plan. If something is missing or does not look right LeAnn catches it. She helps eliminate wasted time and lost efficiencies before actual building begins. She then focuses on how the building is put together ensuring it provides a customer friendly and efficient business environment. With LeAnn you know I’s are dotted and T’s crossed.
