Karl Poland

Hailing from California, Marine Corps veteran Karl Poland exhibits great leadership as Project Manager of YSM’s Laguna Beach office. After earning his degree in Industrial Management in California University of PA, Karl went on to work in Engineering and Design Management for companies such as DMJM, KB Homes, and Ware Malcomb. His year of experience working in these fields has made him proficient at drafting structural, architectural, and electrical plans in programs like AutoCAD and Revit. Karl aspires to soon open a YSM Design office in Texas to help further expand the YSM vision and brand.
