Felicia Blake Culturally rooted in Trinidad and Tobago, Felicia has always been interested in the art of design. Now with YSM Design, she aims to manage a design project of her own. She began her YSM career as a part of the BMW team and has expanded her skillset to include rendering with computer graphic programs. A skilled graphic designer, her renderings always look realistic. She enjoys using colors to highlight perspective and different angles without undermining the appealing and functional aspects of buildings. Felicia knows how to balance original client design needs with alternatives to make a design more attractive and viable. Her knowledge of dealership design allows her to “start with a concept and see the finished product along the lines the client wants.” Junior Project Manager

Brandice Simone Bell Currently serving as a Project Manager at YSM, Brandice brings a wealth of experience and a passion for architectural design to her role. Her interest in architecture was ignited during high school, where she discovered her love for design and an innate ability to piece things together. She possesses a keen sense of spatial relationships and takes pride in meticulous detailing. Her background includes commercial, retail and residential architecture, with a focus on multi-family and four years dedicated to designing Senior Living facilities. She also has considerable experience in K-12 design. Her future aspirations include a continued commitment to designing architectural spaces that broadens her knowledge and enhances her understanding of the intricacies of building construction.
