At YSM Design he combines traditional sketching skills and with computer graphics to create 3D models. It is an efficient and accurate way for clients to see a design concept, allowing them to look at projects from different perspectives and easily make the design fit their needs. Along with his YSM Design team, Enrique processes information to create construction documents for submission. He ensures that codes and standards are met. Originally from Mexico, Enrique’s passion for design and architecture was born from admiring skyscrapers. Andre Conrado Originally from Guatemala, Andre pursued his education at Florida International University, earning a Master of Architecture with a specialization in Emerging Technologies and AI. Since a young age, he has been captivated by the synergy of technology, art, and architecture. Proficient in VR development and passionate about AI programming, his skills complement his role which involves tasks such as Conceptual Design Development, 3D Laser scanning, and project coordination. Before his time at YSM, he gained valuable experience in Miami's high-end luxury interior design sector.
