Like many members of the YSM team, Rosina comes from elsewhere-and everywhere! Having lived in Germany, the Philippines and China, Rosina came to Atlanta in 1999 and entered the Architectural field in 2006.

With a background in computer science, Rosina takes care of HR, office management and accounting at YSM. "I do everything but drawing" she laughs. "Whatever needs to be done."

Rosina believes that YSM's customer service is one of its greatest strengths. "We have fantastic relationships and take care of our clients well. The professional attention we give is outstanding, and many our clients become friends."

Working as an international team benefits each member of the firm and makes them all even better at their jobs, Rosina says: "Every person here comes from a different place and brings something unique. Working with them opens your mind in new ways and makes you flexible, which is so important for our clients."

As the coordinator of YSM's day-to-day operations, Rosina sees the teamwork at the firm as something rare. "We all take care of each other and share in the victories of the work," Rosina says. "When something is great, no one says 'I did it,' but rather 'We did it'.
